Cross border e-commerce welcomes the following types of businesses:


1. Domestic and foreign distributors with the advantages of overseas authentic products and domestic sales channels have settled in: from offline to online, they are committed to legalizing and sunshine the purchasing of overseas shopping, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of foreign merchants and domestic consumers;


2. Shopping e-commerce websites at home and abroad: make use of Wanyou's advantages in docking with customs, inspection and quarantine supervision system and professional customs declaration and inspection team to provide efficient and convenient cross-border customs clearance services;


3. Manufacturers, distributors and traders with overseas sources of goods, or self-employed households with legitimate purchasing channels who have evidence to prove and verified by Hejin that the goods they enter are from (overseas products);


4. Overseas well-known brands or their authorized general distributors and distributors at home and abroad;


All business entities must provide a contact point for after-sales service provided by a domestic company supervised by the government.

 

Qualification requirements for investment promotion


     

The merchant shall provide, including but not limited to, the brand authorization, shopping mall and supermarket purchase certificate and other supporting materials provided by overseas manufacturers or distributors to prove the source of product purchase;


The merchant shall provide a domestic entity company as the entrusted party and as the contact point of after-sales service.


Reservation clause:


1. Cross border e-commerce has the right to return customer applications according to other factors including but not limited to brand demand, company operation status, service level, etc;


2. Hejin cross border e-commerce has the right to require customers to provide other qualifications in the application and subsequent operation stages;


3. According to relevant national regulations, cross-border e-commerce updates investment promotion standards from time to time in combination with the development trend of various industries and consumers' purchase demand


Information to be provided by businesses


     

1. Registration certificate or tax payment certificate of the country or region where the overseas merchant is located (one electronic scanned copy and one paper copy);


2. Information of legal person's valid ID card, including but not limited to passport, citizen's card (one of the two), driver's license (one electronic scanning copy and one paper copy);


3. Trademark registration certificate or brand authorization or agency Certificate (one electronic scanning copy and one paper copy);


4. Domestic company business license, product qualification and other certification materials.
